refactoring in pageview class

OK I stand corrected about other applications.
But still must agree with hb that Okular makes it difficult to know how
to get out of full-screen. Sure, people who are committed users of KDE
probably know Ctrl-Shift-F, but Okular is really a basic application
that is widely used by beginners (in my experience and household). So
it's hard to see why you wouldn't make it as easy as possible to get out
of full-screen, if not with escape then with something else that a naive
user would easily find. If consistency among KDE apps is a priority,
then why not a 'Close' button?
I see that there was a pretty heated discussion some years back about
the best key combination for getting into full-screen:
http://git.net/ml/kde-usability/2009-06/msg00000.html Central to this
discussion was what users were used to, which is even more critical when
leaving full-screen, since at least if you can't get into full-screen
you can still use the computer, but if find yourself locked in to
full-screen then you are really blocked from doing anything.
Cheers, Jonathan
