After modifying toolbars ("Configure toolbars"), the okular menu is corrupt;
several menu headings are called "No text" - instead of File, About, Settings.
Also some items from these menus are lost, so I see, e.g.,  no (File|) Open,
Open recent, nor (Settings|) Configure shortcuts, (About|) About Okular, About
KDE. This behavior is the same if I reboot the system.
