D6268: HiDPI Support for Okular

  Addressed the previous comments, change includes in particular:
  
  - shallow copy of pixmaps
  - fix for annotation drawing with tilemanager
  - HiDPI pixmaps for annotation symbols
  - (hopefully) minor rendering artifacts on tile boundaries
