[okular] [Bug 369078] okular cannot open a cbr comic file

I didn't have unrar but rar installed. I changed it for unrar but I have the
same problem. I would have been surprised if that was the cause since it used
to work with the previous version.

I am using archlinux package from kde-unstable.
