Help needed with events in QApplication

Hi all,

can I please ask for help with

I don't need lots of details, just a few hints on what direction to take
would be appreciated.  Are signals the way to go here?  If so, how and where
do I setup the connection between the TabletApplication and the PresentationWidget?
