This is a regression in Okular 0.25.0 (using KDE platform 4.14.22) in Kubuntu
Yakkety Yak.

Okular prints A4 pages in A5 size (so shrinks the page), this does not happen
with other applications (Documentviewer printing the same pdf, Libreoffice
printing other documents).
