Sometimes if the rectangle to define the inline note that we draw is too small
the text is not fully visible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Draw a very small rectangle
2. Type a lot of text
3.

Actual Results:  
Text partially hidden

Expected Results:  
Text fully visible
