            Bug ID: 373855
           Summary: Forward search/named_destination feature not working
                    anymore

                OS: Linux

Since okular (>=0.99.80) the forward search or 'named_destination' feature in
okular seems to be broken.
When trying to open a pdf at a named destination, e.g., through emacs and
synctex, I get the following output in stdout:

$ okular mypdf.pdf#page.3
org.kde.kcoreaddons: doesn't know ".../mypdf/mypdf.pdf#page.3"
org.kde.kcoreaddons: doesn't know ".../mypdf"

and I get the error "Could not open file:///[..]/mypdf.pdf%23page.3".

The same command works with okular 0.26.1.

I suspect that something was changed in how okular processes its command line
arguments: In the error message '#' got replaced with the HTML code %23.
