I tried loading a document using okular, but some portions of the document were
rendered blank, whereas, when I opened the same document in Google Chrome's pdf
viewer, it worked fine.

Okular version : 0.20.0
Poppler version: 0.26.5


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the document attached with this bug
2. Enter the password as rahu8152
3. You see the blank portions

Expected Results:  
Complete View of the document
