>From your comment I did figure out that I have to go in and individually go in
and remove each tool/menu/navigation bar before setting full screen.  Though I
do wish I could change the background color of the screen.  Not the paper color
but the screen you can see outside the edge of the PDF.  Sorry for the
inconvenience.
