Yes I realized that; it seemed more considerate than opening an exact
duplicate, and unprivileged users here are unable to re-open bugs. I now see
someone has already done this at #344599. Thank you for your attention; I'll
echo the sentiment that Okular is a great app, but this little issue has bugged
me for years.
