I read it as if you knew how to manufacture such files, ideally a file that is
publicly available is MUCH better since it enables other people than me to work
on the issue, which given how little time i have is something you really want
:)

But worst case scenario, yeah send it in, but understand it lowers the chances
of the bug getting fixed.
