The option "Open in a new tab" does not appears; I do not know from which
version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Simplely the option does not appears in the preferences.

Actual Results:  
There is not a alternative way to show the option.

Expected Results:  
In the older versions, the options was in preferences.
