The page bar takes up a lot of space for little value. I know there is a
toolbar entry that does its work, but not all want page navigation tools
cluttering up their tool bar. It would be nice to add some value to the page
bar by having the beginning/end of document buttons added to it, e.g. by
flanking the current buttons.
