When I open a specific document in okular I have black background with white
stripes instead of propertly rendered pdf document and the number of current
page is weird (1583 instead of 1) . In addition chromium is capable of opening
it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open specific document

Actual Results:  
See black background with white stripes along with weird current page number

Expected Results:  
Normally rendered document with a proper page number
