The new patch improves the drawing code of the custom color buttons, by creating a QIcon with a colored rectangle for 'normal mode, off state' and a colored rectangle with check mark for 'normal mode, on state', which is set as regular icon on the QToolButtons.

Extend the configuration dialog to allow defining multiple pens,
that can be used for drawing on pages in presentation mode.
Replace the pen toggle button in presentation mode top bar with
a select action, to quickly switch between the various pens.
