After asking around, Qt's Thiago Macieira provided the answer: all of
Okular::Part's parent classes weren't exported, in particular
Okular::VIewerInterface wasn't. The attached patch corrects that.

I'd say the second needs to be OKULAR_PART_EXPORT ?
