[Okular-devel] How to install your Okular

Hi,
Someone recommended your program but I couldn't understand how to install
it on my Windows 7. The download page direct me to a page called KDE. Is
this the program Okular which is used to read PDFs? Did Okular change its
name to KDE? The download page is very complicated and not user-friendly..
Are there simple instructions to install Okular (or KDE) to my computer?
