I'm still missing it in KDE 4.13.3 and poppler 0.24.5-2ubuntu4. Yes, any color
markings are on the printed document, and pop up notes have their icon
embedded, but their note text doesn't appear at all (no matter if the note was
opened or not before print). I can also not spot any export function for it -
tried the .okular archive format, but that isn't anything with extractable
plain text, which would be enough for that purpose. Either I'm blind, or it
still isn't implemented?
