Sorry for warming up this old bug, but it fits my problem quite well. I'm
opening a lot of pdf files, some of them presentations, some of them normal
documents. As Okular remembers whether it should display files in continuous
mode application-wide, I find myself switching that mode on and off a lot. So -
for me - an important "display option" to save per document would be continuous
mode on/off.
