Sorry i can't provide an opensuse package, i didn't realize you were not the
original reporter of the bug. So we'll either have to wait for 4.13.2 to
include the new debug output I need and then land the fix in 4.13.3 or you'll
have to compile okular yourself. 

Do you see yourself able to follow the instructions at the "Okular" section of
http://okular.kde.org/download.php ?
