Tested again comparing Okular 0.14.3 and 0.18.4 (and the development version
0.19.60) on Debian systems (stable in a VM for 0.14.3, current testing for the
recent versions) and only three bullets are shown in page 3 with the recent
versions.
I suspect it could be related to the epub changes which landed recently in the
code. I'm closing the bug then, marking as solved in the lowest version I could
check it works; please reopen if you find it does not work for you.
