Opening the attached PDF file in Okular is extremely slow, even though the file
itself is very small.

I've tested opening it with MuPDF and Adobe Reader and both opened the file
instantly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open surf-types.pdf and wait

poppler 0.26.0
