on Okular 0.19 (KDE Applications 4.13) and cups 1.7.2 i got the

order you mention so I'm closing this bug.

Please if this bug still happens for you with  Okular >= 0.19 (KDE Applications
>= 4.13) and cups >= 1.7.2 please reopen this bug.
