Okular vs embebbed PDF chrome reader - filling form

In this one, you can see a lot of things:
- Legibility: Is almost unreadable the text filled in form fields
- Tags near selection buttons: Buttons for selection of the user are showed
with Javascript tags next to them and not right allocated (centered on the mark
place)
