Currently, when a search is conducted, and review mode is entered via F6 or the
toolbar, the 'Find' bar is still focused. Consequently, pressing a number key
to select a review tool does not select a review tool, but the number is
appended to the search.

 I think it would be more intuitive when the 'Find' bar gets de-focused upon
selection of the review mode.
