Only the
* checkboxes in part 2, 3, and 5
* the 2nd and 3rd fields in "Angekommen bin ich am" in part 2
* the "BLZ/SWIFT-BIC" and "IBAN" fields in part 5
are usable.

*All other* fields (in the red highlighted areas) are empty.
