I've updated my ubuntu and that broke the patch, as expected. However, the
patch is still applicable to the upstream source, thought you may have to move
some files to the "conf" directory. The patch won't come upstream, as it is
considered fragile.

To Albert : you may see  https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/118236/ and get your
own conclusions about the usefulness of posting to the review board. That's for
KDE developers and certainly not for KDE users.
