Source file for a2ps used to produce postscript file germane to this defect.

Two commands used to generate postscript file:
~/src/a2ps/a2ps -d -D -F 1.0/main.cpp 2.0/main.cpp > main.1-2.cpp.ps
~/src/a2ps/a2ps -d -D 1.0/main.cpp 2.0/main.cpp > main.1-2.cpp.ps

Crash occurs using the file created by either command.
