file > "print preview" (translated from German) displays an okular icon in the
upper left corner of each page but nothing else.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download above file
2. Open file with okular
3. preview file
Actual Results:  
okular icon in the upper left corner of each page but nothing else.

Expected Results:  
Page content displayed

The error occurs with many but not all pdf files.
I use evince as a work around.
