Yes, browse mode was already on.

I added an attachment with 3 link. 2 point to a file (one is local file, other
on web server), the 3rd points to a web page. The 2 file links don't work,

BTW it appears that now acrobat changes the mouse pointer but refuses to follow
the link to the file links as well.
