While using the 'table selection' tool in Okular, i'm unable to use the feature
twice, while staying on the program. Once i've copied a table the selection
doesn't work until i restart okular. Text selection is working just fine.

Specifications:

-LinuxMint 15 (Olivia) KDE 4.10.5
-Okular 0.16.5

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open PDF with a table to select
2. Select table
3. Try selecting once again
Actual Results:  
The 'rectangle' for table selection doesn't appear anymore. I have to restart
Okular each time i make table selection.

Expected Results:  
Rectangle should have appeared on second time.
