When using Okular to annotate pdf extensively, e.g. when I take notes during
academic lectures, I really miss an option to save the annotated pdf quickly.
Now I have to open the file menu, click 'save as', choose the document I'm
currently using, clicking OK or hitting Enter, then confirm overwrite. 

Okular should have a 'save' option with ctrl-s as a shortcut.
