When your Bookmarks are all prefixed wit some text (i.e. Chapter 10:
LPC408x/407x Ethernet) and only the right part (i.e. "Ethernet") is
significant, you have to make the bookmarks pane very wide in order to be
readable.

open a NXP user manual, i.e.
