Christoph,

I don't think it is a good idea to clutter the Ui with more toolbars. I don't
use all Annotation Tools so it would be a problem to have 6 items in toolbar
that can't be changed. I only use Highlight and similarly some other folks may
use different Annotation tools so it make sense to have ability to place
individual Annotation tools in toolbar.
