I use polish language i kubuntu 14.10. 
If I type in a text form field for example "kość", then there is no Polish
characters on the printed page, and when you press the Hide forms. Word "kość"
changed to "kofifi"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open pdf form and click wiew form
2.  write word "kość"
3. print document. "kość" changed to "kofifi"
