When I open an SVG file with "okular file.svg" it shows me the raw XML
contained in the file rather than interpreting it as an SVG image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Have an svg file
1. Open the file in okular by typing "okular file.svg"
Actual Results:  
Okular displays paginated XML text.

Expected Results:  
Okular displays pretty pictures.
