okular (0.17.2) on KDE Platform 4.11.2 using Qt 4.8.4

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Editing a document with LaTeX. The PDF I was viewing in Okular was recreated by
pdflatex. Okular crashed upon refreshing the PDF.
