We are talking about a still unstable set of libraries (KF5) over a still
unstable set of libraries (Qt 5.2). If you check the expected timelines, KDE
Applications will still have new releases for the 4.x series (4.12 will arrive
soon, 4.13 is expected too, I wouldn't be surprised by 4.14). Sure,
experimental versions can be tried too, but as usual it's a matter of manpower
(which is lacking). Albert can say something more, as I'm not a "core"
developer, but *I* think that *right now* is better to have a more complete
and stable version for 4.x than to spend time porting on two layers of
instability.
