Okular does not render SVG right now, but using an image viewer does not sound
like a suitable replacement.

When printing using Gwenview (and possibly other image viewers), it will first
convert the SVG to raster data, which degrades the quality of the print-out.

I suggest to re-evaluate this report, and possibly mark it as a wish.

EDIT: I just checked, Gwenview does not even allow SVG to be printed.
