Well, I do presentations / workshops where I use multiple apps: eclipse,
browser, shell, slide shows, etc. In these situations I work in the mentioned
"mirror" mode:
a) None of these applications has a "placement" feature such as Okular
(Configure > Presentation > Placement). But all of these applications have
re-sizable windows: perfect. Except Okular in presentation mode: sad.
b) Moreover, in the past I was never able to get the Okular "placement" feature
to work. Whatever I select in the screen drop-down, Okular sizes the
presentation for the primary screen. Sorry, no time for debugging this (I'm
working myself on two open source projects).

Would be cool if you would find one day a reasonable reason and time to add
this feature.
