 Well ... in my particular case it is simply because I would like to be able to
go from here ( http://ge.tt/7fuSCUg/v/0 ) to there ( http://ge.tt/9VugCUg/v/0 )
without modifying my general OS theming colors. 


 On a more generic mood, I guess the reason for somebody to ask for the ability
to choose the application background color on Normal mode or Fullscreen mode
could be SIMILAR to some other guy who needs/prefer/requires to have the
availability to customize the application background color in Presentation
mode.
