It's weird how is so easy for you to reproduce and i can't at all. Just to make
sure could you attach your 
`kde4-config --localprefix`/share/config/okularrc
`kde4-config --localprefix`/share/config/okularpartrc
and the file in 
`kde4-config --localprefix`/share/apps/okular/docdata
that corresponds to that file?

Make sure you sanitize them if needed (i.e. maybe remove last opened files and
stuff)
