Took a screen capture of the issue. I'm new to recording / converting, so
please advise if you can't play the file.
In the video, I'm first trying to press the buttons to get the tools activated.
I then release the mouse and press Ctrl+4 to activate one of the tools. The
cursor changes but reverts to "browsing mode" as soon as the mouse is moved.
