the stderr output is as follows:
caught IOException while parsing SummaryInformation

error parsing SummaryInformationStream 
Parsing and setup failed. 

This bug is about the information shown in the error dialog.
If it shows, for example, the dialog "error parsing the file ........, it could
be damaged", I could have not tried to see the file several times.
