In using Okular program for school I have had to use the Reviews -> "Cyan
Ellipse [9]" tool.  Two things that seem off about this tool: firstly, the
color is default to Cyan and can only change it after right clicking and
editing the properties; secondly, the line size is set to "5.00" and again can
be changed via the same process as above.  Now thinking there's got to be a
setting somewhere to change this globally I decided to dig around in the
settings and becoming dumbfounded by the fact that this global setting is
nowhere to be found.  So as to be a good steward of this program I'm requesting
this section of the code to be revisited as to make the entire program a bit
more user friendly in a professional and non professional situation.
