Ok. I cannot say in general. All 15 PS papers in my archive (from 1995 to 2007)
are DSC documents (and I do not have the TeX source for them). All tested PS
documents from arxiv.org are DSC documents (although PDF and TeX source are
available).

PRN files for PostScript (e.g. HP LaserJet 4550 PS) printers are not DSC
compatible.
