Hi Bjørn, the crash happens in poppler, the library that Okular uses to deal
with PDF files. The crash is fixed if you upgrade to poppler >= 0.20.5 (i
understand you are using 0.20.4 as provided by Ubuntu 12.10)

Even with poppler >= 0.20.5 we do not crash but don't render anything at all
since the PDF file is severely broken, none of the PDF renderers i have around
does much with it (Adobe Reader on Linux hangs while trying to render it)
