okular (0.15.4) on KDE Platform 4.9.4 using Qt 4.8.3

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I have renamed a 'file.html' to 'file.epub' in the Dolphin file manager and
then I clicked on icon to open the file in Okular (default setting for opening
that file)... that all !
