You noticed wrong, okular_part properly exports the option to remove the page
bar (since you can access it perfectly from Konqueror), if Kile doesn't show
it, complain to Kile people.

And no, i'm not restoring 4.10.5 behaviour, this behaviour is better, maybe you
should stop generating documents with unstandard page sizes ;-)
